- A booking deposit of €100 per week is required to reserve accommodation. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival.
- The following cancellation charges apply :
Over 6 weeks before arrival - Booking Deposit
6 to 4 weeks before arrival - 50% of total cost
Less than 4 weeks before arrival - 100% of total cost
- A security deposit of €250 is required in advance and will be returned within 7 days should all conditions be complied with.
- The Property must be returned in the same condition in which it was let. Failure to do so may incur an additional charge.
- Rental of the Property may be terminated with no refund at the discretion of the Owner if the tenants behave in a disruptive manner, cause a nuisance, cause damage to the Property or in any other circumstances deemed reasonable by the Owner.
- On the expiry or termination of the rental the Owner may remove all belongings of the tenant at the tenants risk.
- The Owner is not responsible for any loss of belongings or valuables left on the Property.
- The Owner/Caretaker may at all reasonable times visit the Property.
- Possession of the Property must be taken between 15:00 and 20:00 on the day of arrival. The Property must be vacated by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure and all keys returned to the Caretaker.
- The maximum number of persons on the Property must not exceed 6 without the permission of the Owner.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, cheque and PayPal (a charge of 3.4% is applicable)
